FOR HOME COOKS

Everything for your kitchen

Every branch stocks the same core range: fresh produce, frozen goods, sauces and the staples that make oriental cooking possible at home, with staff on hand if you're not sure what you're looking for.

Fresh produce

A wide range of Chinese vegetables, choi sum and pak choi restocked often, plus Chinese pears and apples you won't find in a regular supermarket. Fresh tofu every day, and a full case of buns and cakes: pineapple buns, mochi, swiss rolls. Cheung fun comes in often enough that it rarely sits on the shelf for long.

Frozen

Duck, seafood and a huge range of dumplings for the freezer, including Tiger Delight duck and House tofu and katsu buns, alongside ice cream flavours you won't find anywhere else. Whatever you're after for a quick dinner, chances are we've got it frozen and ready.

Sauces & seasoning

Sauces from right across Asia: Lee Kum Kee, Maggi, Knorr, S&B, Lobo, Amoy, ABC sambal, Woh Hup, Kikkoman, Kewpie and Otafuku, alongside a huge range of chilli oil, oyster sauce and fish sauce. If a recipe calls for it, we probably stock a few different brands of it.
